  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data obtained from user via the website www.projektowaniedrogowe.pl (referred to as "Website").
     

  2. The Personal Data Administrator is Piotr Dolecki, running a business under the name of Projektowanie Drogowe Piotr Dolecki, Meander Street 20/12,  02-791 Warsaw, NIP: 8212600996.
     

  3. Consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary. All personal data provided is processed only to the extent and for the purpose for which consent was given.
     

  4. The User has the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. .
     

  5. To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, please send an e-mail to biuro@projektowaniedrogowe.pl.

     

  6. In case of submission inquiries via the contact form  the Website processes the following personal data:
    - first name and last name,
    - e-mail adress,
    - phone number,
    - topic  of e-mail,
    - possibly the entrepreneur's details (company, address, NIP number).

     

  7. The Administrator uses the User's personal data to communicate with him in a personalized way. The information communicated to the User concerns the products or services offered and suggested offers of the Administrator or his business partners. Communication with the User also applies to User service. Personal data is used to help the User, solve technical problems and respond to his complaints.
     

  8. The purpose of using the User's personal data provided by the User via the functionalities and communication tools available on the Website is marketing communication conducted by the Administrator as part of his business, in particular presenting commercial offers to the User electronically.
     

  9. The Administrator may process the User's personal data obtained via the Website also for the following purposes:
    - in order to conclude and implement a possible contract between the User and the Administrator and to service the User as a client of the Administrator in accordance with Art. 6 section 1 letter b) RODO;
    - in order to conduct financial settlements with the User who is a client of the Administrator for the implementation of a possible contract concluded between the parties, as well as possible pursuit of claims from the User who is a client as part of the legally justified interest of the Administrator in accordance with Art. 6 section 1 letter f) RODO and fulfillment of the Administrator's legal obligations towards tax authorities on the basis of separate provisions in accordance with Art. 6 section 1 letter c) RODO;
    - in order to implement the Administrator's marketing activities as part of the Administrator's legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 section 1 letter f) RODO, as well as in accordance with the declarations of will regarding marketing communication submitted to the Administrator. Consents granted in the field of marketing communications (e.g. to sending commercial information by electronic means or telephone contact for direct marketing purposes) may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
    - in order to fulfill the Administrator's legal obligations towards the User specified in the RODO, within the meaning of Art. 6 section 1 letter c) RODO.

     

  10. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing the directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (RODO) and the Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of April 29, 2004 (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 10024) on the documentation of personal data processing and technical conditions and organizational requirements that should be met by devices and IT systems used to process personal data.
     

  11. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with UrzÄ…d Ochrony Danych Osobowych if he/she considers that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the RODO or the Personal Data Protection Act.
     

  12. Personal data is stored for the period:
    -  in the event of submitting an inquiry via the contact form on the Website for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year, in which the inquiry was submitted.
    - regarding data on VAT invoices for a period of 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the invoice was issued.

     

  13. The Website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies (computer data). Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User's end device (computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone) and are intended for using the Website.
